About Chuck Rocha

A graduate of the Harvard University Trade Union Program, Chuck Rocha founded political consulting firm Solidarity Strategies in 2010. The fully minority-owned and operated small business has provided a wide range of campaign services for unions and other progressive organizations such as the NCLR Action Fund, VoteVets, and Bernie Sanders for President. In his role as president of the company, Chuck Rocha has advised more than 50 Congressional candidates and developed strategic plans for numerous super PACs and non-profit organizations. The company earned a 2016 Political Goldie Award for Consultants of the Year.

Since 2011, Chuck Rocha has served as a fellow with the Truman Center in Washington, DC, an organization that fosters collaboration among political professionals, veterans, and civilians both locally and nationally. Mr. Rocha is a former executive board member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and the Labor Council of Latin American Advancement, as well as a current executive board member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the National Young Democrats.
